On the 6th October, Quest HQ (Penistone) are holding a Poomsae (patterns) seminar. It is held by Master Laura Holness, 5th Dan, so should be excellent! 5 students went to Quest HQ in Peniston, a full time Taekwondo centre. A gruelling 2 hour session was done under the expert supervision of Master Mike McKenzie, head of Quest Taekwondo. Junior World Champion, Aaliyah Powell, was training hard but still found time to sign sudents Trunk Protectors. A day of world class training!

Quest and Sainsbury’s have teamed up together to help raise money for Sport Relief. Please put 23rd March (Friday) evening to one side to help support the event. Every month starting in February there will be a visit to Quest HQ in Penistone for sparring coaching and practice. It will only work if people help out with driving.
